Check-in & Check-out
Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) is required at check-in for every adult guest. The estate is a no-smoking, low-noise property after 10:30 PM out of respect for the wildlife.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are charged one night's stay; within 48 hours or no-shows are charged 50% of the booking. Long-weekend and festive-season stays require 14 days' notice.
Children
Children under 6 stay free using existing bedding. Extra beds for children 6–12 are available at a nominal charge. A few of our specialty stays (Astrophile, Barrel Room, Bird's Nest) are designed for two guests only.
Pets
We are a pet-friendly resort in select stays (Mud Villa, Farmer's Rooms, Bougainvillea Cabins) on prior request, with a small cleaning charge. Pets are not permitted in dining areas or the pool.
